This u shape forming machine is specially designed for the production of U-groove products for customers.
The production process is as follows: the sheet material processed by the length of the chamfer is manually placed on the conveying platform and then introduced into the forming machine by the conveying platform, and the forming of the workpiece is completed by the forming roller. After that, it is received through the receiving platform.
The main frame of this equipment is welded by the whole profile, which has good rigidity and stable structure. In the production process, it is a bit moving, automatic, backward and other functions. The electrical system is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage caused by inadvertent overload.
The equipment is mainly composed of a conveying platform, a cold rolling forming machine, a receiving platform, an electric control system, a transmission part, and a safety protection part.
1. Conveying platform: used to take over the sheet and introduce the sheet into the forming machine. The length is 3 meters and the workbench is powered.
2. Cold Roll Forming Machine: It mainly consists of a guide frame, a forming part, and a transmission part.
a. Guide frame: It is a guiding device with anti-rolling roller to ensure that the sheet is straightly centered into the forming part.
b. Forming portion: The forming portion is mainly composed of a frame, a side plate, a die (rolling) supporting portion, and a rolling die. 1The frame is welded by profile, the thickness of the workpiece table is 30mm, the structure is firm, and it is processed after aging treatment. The deformation is small and the internal stress is eliminated. 2 The side plates are made of high-quality steel and finished with a thickness of 45mm. The surface is smooth after processing. 3 The main part of the mold support part - the rolling shaft is 45# steel, refined and refined after quenching and tempering, the matching part is accurate in size, and the bending and deflection performance is good. Its shaft end working bearing adopts famous domestic and foreign manufacturers' products to ensure the stability of work and its working life. 4 Rolling molds use advanced foreign COPRA software for CAD design. The material is Cr12MoV steel, the surface hardness after heat treatment reaches HRC60-62, and the wear is extremely small. After strict procedures and processes, it is processed by precision CNC machine tools. The dimensional accuracy is up to IT6~IT7, the surface roughness is above 1.6μm, the dimensions are accurate after forming, and the forming work surface is beautiful. The rolling die device is mounted on the rolling boring shaft and is locked by the left and right nuts to be locked and locked, which is stable and reliable. After the reasonable design of the whole machine, the forming roll is gradually formed by 16 steps. After forming, the product has accurate dimensions and beautiful surface.
c. Transmission part: It is the conveying part of the forming power of the equipment. The power is transmitted by the motor to the driving wheel through the reduction gearbox. The driving wheel is driven by the gear to make the upper and lower rolling turns synchronously.
